At Primevia Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Hygiene & Personal Care Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless the item was received damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once the case is reviewed and verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Refund Process
